Undrunk: A Skeptic’s Guide to AA helps prepare the newcomer to Alcoholic Anonymous with an easy to understand overview of the program.

The hardest step for probably for any alcoholic is getting to that first AA meeting. The author makes this journey much easier by introducing the reader to not only the basics of the program of AA, but also the common language of AA and what to expect in general, from detox through the first year.

The book is amusing, enjoyable, informative, insightful, and sometimes touching as it explains a journey into recovery.

It’s a great book to give to anyone who’s interested in the topic or would benefit from learning about it, either for themselves or for someone they love.
